I called about eight months ago attempting to get an appointment. The person I talked to was going to check with Dr. Tatum and call me back. I never received a call back. I tried a few months later and got the same result. Finally, I stopped into his office in person. I gave my information again, and was told by the office employee she would check with Dr. Tatum. I have not been able to bring my son to Dr. Tatum as he has not returned my calls or answered my email. I contacted his office twice in order to find out more about his services and expertise and sent questions to him by email. I have not heard from him yet and it has been over a week. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone who needs help in a timely fashion. What a disappointment!
Dr. Tatum is the most caring, thorough, gifted doctor I've ever seen. I recommend him highly. I feel as though he saved my son's life.
