Dr John rutkowski is the best urologist area WNY.
Dr. Rutkowski performed surgery on my stepfather. After the surgery he didn't even have the decency to come out and talk to us. He called. For the 3 days post op in the hospital (was supposed to be an overnight stay) we never saw it heard from him even when there were complications. When rushed back to the hospital in excruciating pain and needing another procedure done with more hospital stay, still didn't see him. What a loser.
Very compassionate. Listens, answers questions and explains with details. I highly recommend him.
I completely agree with the previous comment. Dr. Rutkowski along with his Nurse practitioner performed an unnecessary cystoscopy on my 96 1/2 year old father who had no symptoms of discomfort. They also scheduled a CT Scan as well. I tried to call numerous times on the phone with no response. They did not give my father an antibiotic for the procedure as this procedure can cause a UTI 80% of the time it is performed.
