This physician is very good, but his nurse is subpar. Although pleasant enough in personality, she mispronounced the names of several medications. On my first visit (in the afternoon), she said that she was "worthless in the afternoon." That does not inspire confidence. And when I left a message of a medication request, she totally got it wrong, and asked for another medication that started with the same letter. It created much unnecessary confusion. When a former beloved doctor no longer took my insurance, I wondered if I'd ever find another excellent physician who is erudite, kind, and unhurried. Quite the package for our modern-day doctor. And yet, here he is. And I am most grateful. (Did I mention I'm an RN?)
Call continuously trying to get me to schedule tests I already had. Left does not know what the right is doing. Lose faxes from other medical facilities. Never an apology. Never again!
