I came to this physician for occupational health due to an injury to my hand acquired at work. He was the person in was seeing to follow up regarding my workers compensation claim. First he came into the room and left the door wide open. When I asked him why he left it open he told me that closing it was not necessary which is clearly a violation of my rights under the HIPAA laws. He asked me about my injury and how it has occurred.
