We have had the unfortunate displeasure of seeing Dr. Kleback a few times. He is incredibly rude and condescending. He doesn’t listen and talks over us. He has also never believed anything we have gone in for either of our children. We liked True North otherwise, but sometimes he’s the only option. We just can’t continue with the practice while he is employed there.

Kleback was rude to my wife and daughter. We never had an issue with his practice until recently, so I won't leave 1 star. We needed an updated script for my daughter's asthma, along with a Dr's note so she could return to school, but his rude demeanor towards them flustered my wife so much she left with just the note. We will be finding another Dr.
Dr. Kleback was the pediatrician who arrived for me the day my daughter was born. I have trusted him ever since. He knows what he is taking about; great bedside manner.
