2016 He said I had a aortic dissection and needed emergency operation. Careflighted to Columbus for operation. 2020 got medical records and show no change since 2008 check up. All about $$$ and never showed test results to nobody. Don't go to him. OSU Dr. Rushing with Good Samaritan Doctors/Staff is also guilty of the unnecessary surgery. Don't trust nobody. Malpractice laws need to be changed. 1yr is all you get to file. B.s.
It has taken me 11 years to write this review about Dr Duchak. He would have let my husband die. He did all the appropriate test; but would never give us the results. My husband called several times and finally they told him everything was A OK; no problems. A few months later I convinced my husband to see another cardiologist. They immediately set up further testing at the hospital and he needed 5 by passes. The surgery was performed 3 days later b/c he was a ticking time bomb away from having a massive heart attack. Dr. Duchak has cared for my husband and I for the last 20 years with great success. He and his assistant are always accessible. They return calls promptly and communicate our care plans effectively. My husband has had stress tests, ultrasounds and other tests completed and has always been impressed with everyone he works with.
