There seems to be a lack of communication between the Dr. and his "apprentice". The medication quantity and dosage of what was (poorly) explained during my appointment and what I actually received were two very different things.

I have been going to Virginia Physicians for over 25 years. Dr Daniels diagnosed me immediately after multiple trips to the ER.
I was very disappointed with the overall patient experience last month. The new nurse was not particularly pleasant, Dr. Daniel did not introduce me to the intern who was scribing my medical info, the lab nurse with the needle was in a foul mood, I was billed out of pocket for charges as a "new" patient since it had been 4 years since my last visit (despite records being on file), and the billing administrator chuckled when I said it felt rotten to be charged that $150 fee when he has been my physician for 17 years.
