I know Dr. Crump means well, is kind and very knowledgeable but twice I waited over an hour past my appointment time. Maybe things have changed for the better since I last saw him. When he did see me, he was very rushed. Also, keep in mind that his staff will not allow you to see any doctors in the practice without signing an agreement that disputes will be handled by arbitration .
