I had a horrible experience scheduling an appointment with the Cassandra , entirely rude and wasn’t able to help in anyway . I would hope nobody would have to deal with such disrespect. I wouldn’t even recommend nobody to even come to this place if this is the way you treat people with serious injuries. Will never come back again .
Unfortunately my experience with Dr. L’Insalata was not great. He ruled it as a bone bruise and said ill be fine in two weeks. I told him I would really like to get an MRI. He said he didnt think it was necessary. My results: essentially complete tear is in the midportion the posterior cruciate ligament. He recommended PT and a brace. Its been months now and its only gotten worse. I call back to follow up and now they dont take my insurance.
I saw Kelli the PA for my back in December. She was very thorough and even checked in with me after my visit to see how I was doing. When my back got worse she was no longer able to treat me she referred me out to HSS. Kelli still checked in with me to see how I was doing and how my appointment went. I felt very comfortable with her and loved how compassionate she was. The office staff was great a well and got me in for my appointment very quickly. I would definitely recommend this office
After a pretty bad fall, I was able to make an emergency appointment as a fracture was the inevitable diagnosis. The x-ray technician was so gentle and kind while performing the x-rays (I was in a good deal of pain). The PA, Kelli, spent so much time reviewing my x-ray and performing her examination. Dr. L’Insalata also reviewed the x-ray and examined me. I am so grateful for such a quick and thorough evaluation. Dr. L’Insalata’s office is truly amazing and go above and beyond in their care. The PA was able to diagnose me with a compressed peroneal nerve when I started to have a foot drop and my neurologist told me nothing was wrong. Truly the best staff who care about their patients.
