I Had a great experience Grace is the person that helped me. I was struggling to find a frame that would fit Because I needed a wide frame, she took her time and helped me find the frame I liked and went over options that I could add to my lenses to protect my eyes and help with my night vision. Great experience Would recommend
I would never go here. I ordered contacts on 5/4 and today is 5/22, still do not have my contacts. Go to Costco.
My experience at the facility was very pleasant and comfortable and professional, Dr. Lang is thorough and knowledgeable.
Very informative, helped with all my prescriptions and explained everything very thoroughly.
The eye doctor was wonderful and explained everything and even showed me the issues surrounding my eyes. I felt that she truly cared about my eye health and that matters to me. However, after that I felt everything else was about money grabbing. Not saying that the person who took care of me was terrible, but i felt second rated, my insurance wasn't very giving however, i used my flex benefits and even with $700 of that, my insurance and an alleged 30% off I still had to pay out of pocket.
