I was pregnant for 8 weeks which unfortunately resulted in a miscarriage, but I had several appointments with Dr. Pinches for initial visit and also the emergency. It was easy to get an appointment, wait times were typical. I did not feel rushed, his care recommendation was what I appreciated the most, I felt he went above and beyond, which helped me cope better with my emergency.

I went to him at about 20 weeks, and was very pleased by him. I was hesitant because he was very short during our appointments. But took the time to explain things if I had questions. And when I delivered he made it very easy. Definitely am going back to him again since I found out I'm pregnant again.

Worst doctor ever! I had a ectopic pregnancy and needed emergency surgery. This doctor did nothing but freak out about how he had to do my surgery when I’m not his patient. But excuse me your the on call doctor DO YOUR JOB! He complained several times about how he had places to be and not doing my surgery. He discharged me 20 min after removing my Fallopian tube and Ovary. Did think to give me any pain meds, antibiotics NOTHING! No discharge instructions or follow up! 1st, if you dont mind waiting an hour then this is the place. The office could use as good cleaning, the patient rooms are NOT and there was a ton of people waiting in the waiting room. The office was ran much different when he was in Los Alamitos. This office seems to cater to mostly medical patients of mostly one ethnicity. In fact, Dr. Pinches told me himself what patients he prefers. He is nice but he needs to get better staff. The Buena Park office is trash!

He's a great doctor. Areas of improvement is just to spend more time with his patients to really understand what is going on. Every woman's body is different. Other than that, he's a great doctor.

I am blessed to have Dr. Pinches as my doctor. Not only is he brilliant, dedicated, and professional but also compassionate, patient, understanding, and thorough. Even though he has so many patients, he addresses every single thing you want to talk about during your appointment without making you feel rushed. He always has the sweetest smile that makes you feel at ease. I was very impressed with all his staff. They are very helpful, available, reliable, responsive, and considerate.

I have been with this doctor for almost 4 years now and he is the best! He is very caring, compassionate and he goes into detail about what is going on with you and explains what the treatment options are and why. I have not ever felt left in the dark about my condition or treatments he recommends. His staff is very friendly and you can see that they enjoy their job because they have been there for so long, it feels more like a family working together.

I was very pleased with Dr. Pinches' friendliness and bedside manner! He did an excellent job on my partial hysterectomy and cyst removal! I will recommend him to friends and family!
