Copy Your employees on the doctor’s side, Mary Jane and Trisha, were so easy to talk with and very clear in their instructions. They kept things rolling smoothly. The employee, Matthew, on the Lens Crafters side was so pleasant and knowledgeable. I had to return for a billing change. As I waited I watched Matthew patiently help a lady.
