I never saw Dr Krump here... BUT Dr Sullivan was fantastic. He explained everything on my xrays, any complications that can arise, and answered every question I had throughly. I went in for the consult on Thursday and I was in so much pain that they squeezed me in on Friday. They worked through their lunch to remove my wisdom teeth and it was a great success. HORRIBLE!! Extremely pushy! Will never be back or refer ANYONE here!!! I went in for a consultation for ONE wisdom tooth that was bothering me. First off, they wouldn't look at my teeth because my pano x-ray was over 6 months old from my dentist, okay...understood. The "cannot do ANYTHING without a current panoramic x-ray" and I would have to pay for that. Okay...well, then the pano machine wasn't working...miraculously they were able to "just use the old one"! I am 24 and had one partially impacted and three fully impacted wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Krump around May 2009. He not only did a fantastic job (I healed up great), but I had almost no swelling and very, very minimal bruising after the surgery. My mom was shocked by how fast I recovered. I am normally extremely scared to get dental work done, but Dr. Krump and his staff really helped to relieve my fears. His office billed my insurance for me and I had no problems. I had all of my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Krump back in January or February (I don't quite remember). He was extremely nice and kept me calm because I was really scared. He told me everything that was going to happen, and his assistants were very helpful also. I don't remember a lot of what happened after surgery because I was so drugged up on the anesthesia. The next day, Dr. Krump called to check in on me and to see if I was feeling alright. He seemed to really care about his patients and not just want our money.
