He was my doctor for some time and I'm not sure what's going on the building is up for lease and I'm also getting the same thing when I call the number I don't know what happened to him I was going to try to go back. Last time I saw him was in January of last year
Can't seem to raise anyone on the phone number listed. 833-0177. Weird recording about inputing pins and leaving messages but when you hit # to leave a message, it fails.... sounds like they are out of business.... but that is a crazy way to leave a business phone number.
Excellent doctor and staff.
No support after the flight physical, I had a couple questions and was totally blown off by the office lady. She is obviously a barrier to Dr. Gustavus.
Dr John Gustavus is one of the most caring and awesomeness doctors I've ever been to they literally will bend over backwards to help somebody that's in need they saved my life thank you you guys! Justin Smith
