My first visit to Dr. Gustavus' office lasted about three minutes. Pam at the front desk was so rude, condescending, and negative that I asked to speak with Dr. Gustavus. He declined to speak with me. While he may tolerate Pam's behavior, I do not need to. There are plenty of doctors with personable office staff and I am happy to go elsewhere for my medical needs.
