Very terrible doctor. Doesn't listen to his patients, plays games with patients medicine, has been reported to the Indiana medical board. I personally wouldn't recommend him to a deceased person, let alone a live one!!! Prescribed me such a low dose it didn't even show up on a UA after months of begging him to. Been on the same medication for 30 years on a higher dose!!!!

Extremely poor doctor, I do not recommend at all. He hears what he wants, not what the true issue is.
Prescribes medication and then takes you off without any real notice. I have a anxiety disorder that needs treated with medication to have a normal life. Does not listen to your needs. Without proper meds my life spirals out of control. Not good at all when your mind is like a hamster on a wheel.
