Repaired a large hernia. Other friends recommended him and I’m grateful. He cares about his patients and answers all your questions. Excellent surgeon.
Terrific surgeon! great communicator and cares
It's not me, but a family member who literally returned home enraged at how he treated her. He insulted her, her mother, her boyfriend, made horrible assuming comments about her and her life. He's a terrible, rude person and I genuinely hope he's delivered his karma, he's just god awful. Find someone else if you need his services. Literally anyone else would be more worth your energy and time.
Dr. Birbari is a fantastic surgeon. He performed surgery on my Mom, removing a large tumor. He's an excellent doctor with exceptional bedside manners. Highly recommended.
He did Linx hiatal hernia surgery for me 6 weeks ago. I found him caring and informative and he listened well to what I had to say or what I asked. He was never hurried and made me feel satisfied with what was going on with my health. Yes, he is quite focused on weight, and exercise, but we all know he is right in what he tells you to do.
Dr. Birbari preformed hernia surgery on me. He never repaired it and sent me to get a Cat scan three months later. It revealed the hernia was was 4cm. He never informed me of this so I had do go to my regular Doctor who informed me the surgery was unsuccessful. The reason i am writing this negative review is Dr. Birbari never contacted me to tell my this bad news
He saved my life, pure and simple. He has an amazing manner and explains himself very well. Lucky to be in his care.
I cannot say enough good about Dr. Birbari. He did surgery on me & was so gentle & compassionate. He has a wonderful bedside manner that puts you at ease immediately. He is very proficient. I had one complication, but not from anything he did, just my system. I had to call him late at nite & he was so kind & didn't seem to mind at all. I hope I never have surgery again, but he is my go-to surgeon if necessary.
After my visit withDr. Birbari I left his office so angry. He seems to have skipped classes in med school on empathy and compassion. I have been a nurse for 20years and worked with lots of surgeons, but he by far getse the award for arrogance. His main focus is how much a person weighs. He doesn’t take into consideration what condition the patient has ,just how much they weigh. I would not recommend him because of his disdain for overweight patients. His approach is rude, and demeaning.
