Dr. Kwak was very kind to me, he explained things thoroughly and by the many doctors I saw before he confirmed even more so what my issues were. He thoughtfully reassured and made sure all my questions were cleared up and if I had anymore I could ask. The receptionists were good but need a little bit of training on communications. Thank you doctor!
I can honestly say that Dr. John Kwak is very kind and friendly with a good sense of humor. He was very professional through out the whole experience. When I went to remove my splints in his office 3 days later, he looked at my funny shirt and had a nice laugh and joked around with me and my wife which helped lighten the mood (I was in a lot of pain). Thank you sir for an amazing experience! I can finally breathe from my nose after suffering for over 20 years with a deviated septum.
Great Doctor, he speaks straight to the point.Doc did my Septoplasty surgery on Monday and he was really nice before surgery and when I went on 4th day to get the splints removed. Thanks!
Dr kwak recommended surgery for me, I received second opinion which stated no surgery was needed and gave alternative treatment that worked, get second opinion!
