I took my father inlaw to see Dr Kwak for a throat issue. Dr Kwak took a good look and asked relevant questions. What impressed me the most was , when he realized that my father-in-law's English was limited, he used simple words to explain things. I think most people agree that when seeing Drs, especially the specialty ones, they would talk big words as if we all have been to a medical school. How could anyone get in touch with you when you don’t answer your phone?
Was referred here by the ER and was asked to call and I called the next day to confirm that they have the referral. The receptionist just dismissed my query and says we will triage and call you. That was two weeks ago. Called again a week later to confirm yet again with the last name and got the prompt response that they have the referral. I don’t think they even bothered to check.
