I only saw Dr. John Knight twice, if I could rate 0 stars I would. During our two sessions he fell in and out of sleep. I tried to look past it as it was later in the day. However, the first session was revolved around how I was too young to be in a relationship that I wasn’t happy in. The second session, after he realized I didn’t have an alternative way out of my situation, he suggested that I try to make it work with my now ex and that we should try couples therapy. I had some worthwhile sessions with Dr Knight. I am a disabled veteran and during each session he told me that he would help me to file a VA claim. I have PTSD due to a difficult year in Afghanistan. I gave Dr Knight the information he needed to file the claim and said he would work on it. He said he had done lots of claims and mine was a good one. Dr Knight never helped with the claim so I suspect he was just leading me on. It was a big disappointment to me.
I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Knight. I originally went for more traditional counseling (which he was great at) but quickly saw value in many other aspects of what Dr. Knight has to offer and ended up working with him on neurological transmitter resets to help get my levels of serotonin, dopamine and norepinephrine where they should be.
