Awful. I have left two messages to try and make an appointment and here it is a week later and still no reply.
I’m not one to normally write reviews, however, I had such an excellent experience with Dr. Kim for my TMJ symptoms, I wanted to share my experience. From my first appointment, he and his staff were kind, compassionate, and took the time to thoroughly evaluate my condition. Dr Kim And his staff are as good as it gets. The staff is pleasant, informative, and knowledgeable. Dr Kim, covers all the basis, is very patient and affords you all the time you need to ask questions. He makes sure you never walk away with an unanswered question, and you always know what the next step will be. I always looked forward the professional and pleasant experience I became accustom to.
