Unprofessional, instead of trying to solve an issue that is a mistake on their end, they’d rather argue with you. Lost paperwork. Wouldn’t recommend. Linda lady can take no accountability for office’s lack of care. Not worth the headache. Go to a modern, punctual office with good up to par service that values patients’ time and eye health.
