Consistently unable to keep appointment times. You will be left waiting to a point to where you have to go back up to the front desk to ask if "Is today still a good day for my appointment?" It is either a lack of ability to manage their work load or a lack of respect for other people's time. If you want to set my family up for a scheduled time and expect me to be there on time, I also expect you to agree to the time as well. If you can't make that agreement or you are running behind, then notify me so I know to not show up.... read more
