After he failed with a first stage of my root canal, which caused a serious, infection, and I had the second final stage done at dental associates in Newtown, he had the nerve to demand payment for the full procedure. He went as far as reporting a claim to a collection agency for work he never did because I went elsewhere. Not only the worst dentist but corrupt demanding payment for work he never did. They will drill into your teeth until you beg them to stop and they won’t care.
Dr. Jack Zazzaro is a great dentist. He explains everything, and works up a treatment plan before doing anything. His front office staff is very friendly and will help you get financing, if you need it, so you can get your dental work - when you need it. My office moved so I am not very close to the dental office, but I like Dr. Jack so much, I take the time to remain with his practice. I recommend him all the time!
Was his patient for about 2 years. Did 2 Root Canals and 2 Crowns. He's patent, understanding and has a great personality. Wish he had a winter practice in South Florida. Now I know why neighbors from my area fly up to him just so they can have them do their dental work.
