Worst Doctor ever... Do not go there. He doesn't listen, waiting time almost one hour, too many people.
Dr. Z. is awesome. He diagnosed me ICI when other doctors were quick to want to remove my "plumbing" but he listened and respected my desire to hold on to my "plumbing" as long as possible. Eventually, I had a hysterectomy but I was very much at peace. I'm mentally and physically well most of which can be attributed to his care. I recommend this doctor and his staff, they're awesome people!! :)
Dr Zavaleta has taken me as an infertility patient in 1988 to four pregnancies and deliveries. I have considered him a friend since 1988. I miss his old staff and old location. However, I would highly refer him to anyone that needs/wants a compassionate, highly intelligent gyn. He is the best!
Would not suggest him...daughter ended up with long term medical treatment because he chose to deliver her "frank breech." What should have been a c-section ended up a damaging vaginal breech birth, daughter ended up with torn neck muscle and disfigured head.
Super nice staff. Wonderful Doctor. They are so nice and helpful.

I would not recommend this doctor. He performed surgery on me. I am left with painful intercourse. He did not listen to me after the surgery was over when I would try to explain to him where my pain was. He then suggested another minor surgery to correct the pain I was having, to which I agreed to. That surgery did not work and gave me scar tissue that I will always have. It's been years but the memory is still fresh. I will never forget calling his office after he had been my doctor for years, to let them know I was bleeding clots (had just found out was pregnant) and being told I could not be seen for 2 weeks!! Before that I came in to test for pregnancy..really to confirm since I had been trying for years...they said they would call me within 24 hours and never did, when I came in to inquire about the test they could not find it...Anyway...thank God I found a doctor who would take me....th... read more
