Dr. Puetz was the on-call pediatrician on New Year’s Day for my pediatricians after hours line. My son was seen in his pediatrician’s office on 12/30 and I was instructed to call if my son showed symptoms of worsening infection (increase in fever, fussiness, sleeplessness, etc) and an antibiotic would be called into the pharmacy. On 1/1/25 my son spiked a fever of 102 and displayed all of the above symptoms. I had to wait over 6 hours to receive a call-back and Dr. Puetz did absolutely nothing to help my son. Easy to get an appointment and they get you in fast. Great staff and just a great place overall. I have been bringing my kids here for 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
