While having 2 lower wisdom teeth extracted, Dr. Mennitt failed to keep me sedated so that I became mentally awake & experienced excruciating pain during the suturing of my gums. He did not stop even though I was telling him it hurt while struggling as much as the sedation would allow me to move my mouth away from the source of the pain. Implants - Staff was unhelpful, Dr. was rude. My implants failed in no time.
I was recommended to see Dr. Mennett by my regular dentist to have my wisdom teeth pulled and I must say I was scared to death, however, from the time I walked in the door to the time I left, I felt so welcomed, comforted and please witht he service I received. I went to Bowie location and I truly mean everyone was extremely nice, professional and really took care of me. Dr. Mennitt removed two wisdom teeth from my lower jaw, years ago, and commented on "how brave a patient I was," as I had only minimal anesthesia (lidocaine?) and no nitrous oxide (laughing gas), and remained awake. The procedure was quick, kinda funny, and totally painless. I dragged my reluctant husband into Dr. Mennitt's office a year or so later...as he had been suffering from an acute, painful tooth for quite awhile.
