Too many steroids
After he was removed from Flowers Hospital and went solo I had a horrible experience. The staff was untrained and he began relying on mass numbers of clients for profit. The urinalysis person allowed dozens of samples to sit altogether with sticky notes on them to ‘process later’. I was very concerned as if it got mixed up with someone else’s results my treatment and access to controlled substances would be impacted. I decided to interview with another pain management person. I saw Dr Marsella today for a complicated medical history. He was thorough, answered every question, gave me honest opinion on my next steps, and I waited in the lobby a total of 5 minutes. I work at a surgery clinic and give a lot of grace but today it was honestly AS pleasant of an experience one could have at a doctors office.
I've been a patient for over 20 years, and I wouldn't want to use anyone else. They are courteous and helpful, not to mention empathetic. The staff is great. Recent waiting times have been nearly non-existent.
