Love the dr set things in place really helped us. We recommend going elsewhere. You can not get through on the phone. Been a good Dr for me. I been in pain for 46 years from my back. He has helped me a lot. Easy to get an appointment usually runs on time.
Dr. Marsella has been my Pain Management since March 2018, I a C-Spine Spinal Cord Injury and he put my Baclofin Pump in June 2018. He’s absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable about my condition and I highly recommend him! Whenever I have my appointments they’re pretty quick about getting everyone back in a timely manner.
Sitting in the doctor’s office felt like entering a time warp where the clock simply refused to move. I checked in right on time, only to watch patients who arrived after me get called back first. The waiting room was packed, yet somehow silent except for the occasional cough and the receptionist tapping on her keyboard without ever looking up. Every few minutes, I’d hear the door open and hope it was finally my turn—only to be disappointed again. No updates, no apologies, not even a simple “we’re running behind.” Just endle... read more
