I am so very grateful for dr knightly and his team. Before surgery I suffered for 6 months during chemo. I could not walk, sleep or perform any household chores. Surgery was my last hope. I am so pleased and feel so blessed to have found Dr Knightly and Claire. I can walk, sleep, walk my dog and care for my child. Thank you so much for being so great at your practice.

Dr. Knightly performed minimally invasive laminectomy surgery on me in March, 2019. My pain was completely and immediately gone the next day. All those I talk with have nothing but the highest praise for him. He is capable, understanding, sympathetic, kind and amazingly polite. A world-class medical professional in every sense.

Had terrible back pain for three years due to spondylothesis, arthritis and spinal stenosis L4, L5 and S1. While I have had back pain since I was a teenager due to spondylothesis my condition worsen since 2015 when I was 64. Went through pain management therapy which included steroids, physical therapy, facet injections and ablations for three years. Was recommended to Dr. Knightly. 5 Stars!! Today I am 100% free of pain after surgery! Pain free, can't believe but true HE IS THE BEST!

I am so very pleased with the care that Dr Knightly gave me. He was patient,kind, friendly, & extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend. Anyone looking for a neurologist, to see Dr Knightly. You will be so impressed.

Dr. Knightly, his staff & partner spent a lot of time showing us details of the imaging results, as my case was quite severe & complicating. He was extremely knowledgeable of his field & explained everything, including questions, by my two sons & myself, fully & in detail; he did not rush us at all. While the wait was quite long, it was well worth it, as Dr. Knightly & has been written up as the best neurosurgeon in the east coast. I recommend him very highly. My visit was 1 1/2 yrs. ago.

I had a dislocation of L4 over L5, known as spondylolisthesis, that gave me severe pain over 7 years. Previous neurosurgeons had suggested physical therapy or spinal fusions. Dr. Knightly offered a procedure consisting in the insertion of an appliance named COFLEX, basically a shock absorber between the two vertebrae. The day after the operation the pain was basically gone and I have been pain free for two years. He was thorough, and very competent. I recommend him with no hesitation.

Dr. Knightly changed my life. Excellent results with my surgery of a herniated disc. I got my life back thanks to Dr. Knightly. Would highly recommend this Dr. to anyone.

It was in March of 2015 that I had the experience of having had Dr. Knightly perform a partial microdiscectomy on L3 - L4 to relieve the symptoms I was having from a stenosis in that area. I found his pre-op examination to be the most thorough I have ever experienced. He is quite remarkably one of the best physicians I have had the pleasure of needing.
