As a RN, I've worked with a lot of nurses and doctors over the many years . I must say this about exceptional Urgent Care: Great experience all around! Office was very welcoming between the aromatherapy and the relaxation music on the TV. Staff welcomed you when you walk through the door. Very kind and professional. Dr. Im was thorough and informative and I was only there for pre-op physical. He was very personable and engaging. I live south of 44 but I would certainly Drive over there if I needed an Urgent Care again.

Extremely egotistical! As someone who has worked with Student doctors of Osteopath for 17 years, Dr John Im lacks Empathy, ”Active”Listening skills, any kind of Humanistic behavior that would warrant anyone even remotely returning or trusting this doctors advice! Especially when he said to me about another urgent care I had been to a few years ago “ they’re “PA’s” there good , But I’m a DOCTOR as he proceeded to grab a hold of his shirt as to say look at me, 🙄 I’ve had more schooling then they had. I visited Dr. John Im at “Exceptional Urgent Care” and was blown away with how efficient, professional and compassionate the entire staff was. I was hesitant about going to an urgent care from previous experience; however, if I ever need one again, I will only go to see Dr. Im at “Exceptional Urgent Care”. Exceptional care is exactly what you will get from Dr. Im and his entire staff.
