Because they were no appts. available with Dr. Stoneking, I saw Dr. Griffin. He was courteous and assured me that the symptoms I was experiencing were due to stress. My concern was that a knee surgery was scheduled in two weeks and I wanted to feel good and not worrying about a heart problem. Dr. Griffin did a thorough examination and assured me everything was fine.
This was a follow-up visit from a situation that occurred earlier in the month. Dr. Griffin was prompt to my appointment, was very pleasant and explained my diagnosis and health concerns in detail.
Very caring, reassuring. Returned my e-mail while on vacation when I worsened and needed to be re-seen by his partner. Very satisfied by his care.

The appointment went well--on time, on topic and responsive to my needs and questions.
Dr Griffin listens to your descriptions of what is hurting, etc. He will even provide reading material if this problem is something that needs my attention to eliminate the problem (for example: I was having migrates and he provided me a list of foods not to eat, etc.). I avoided the foods on the list and this eliminated my migraines. If the problem is something Dr. Griffin thinks needs to be re-visited in a time period, he will have the secretary schedule the appointment so it is looked at again.
My experience with Dr. Griffin & the Eagle staff was fantastic! The front office staff were polite, timely, and professional. The nurse I dealt with was very nice, and made transitioning to the physician very smooth. Lastly, Dr. Griffin was awesome! Very professional, and down to earth so that I could connect with him as a patient.
I had a bad cough for several days. I was out running errands and went into the office to make an appointment. The Front desk referred me to the same day section. I waited in the lobby for a few minutes, they called and I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment for that same afternoon.
My June 6 appointment with Dr. John Griffin was an annual "wellness check." Dr. G, as always, was pleasant, and he answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I did not feel he rushed me through the appointment. He sent me for an ultrasound of my thyroid, due to Life Line Screening finding an abnormality. I am now waiting to have same biopsied in mid-July.
