Dr. Cevera looked at me for all of 5 minutes and said nothing is wrong. This appt was a lot of money and a waste of using personal time from work. I now need to get a second opinion because this Dr. gave NOTHING.
I would certainly never recommend this ENT to anyone. He spent about two minutes with me, looked in my ears and said you have tinnitus. We don’t know what causes it and there’s no cure, and that was the end of the conversation and out the door I went. Totally worthless waste of my time.
Gosh if I could give a zero I would! First I had my hearing test by a women who I believe is named Julie. She made comments about how she's not convinced by my test results and that what my test shows is inconsistent for someone my age. I have had difficulty with hearing since I was 2... not really much I can do about that. When she was taking off one of the headsets from my head she yanked it so much that some of my hair came out of my pony tail. How pleasant! Please listen to this review and all the others when it comes to your children! I went with my ten year old son today, who has had partial deafness since birth due to fluid buildup. He's tried numerous allergy medications and nothing worked in the past so we were referred here by Audiology for possible tubes in his ears. This doctor DOES NOT LISTEN OR CARE. we were in an out of the appointment in less than 2 minutes. Few weeks ago I took my 8 year daughter to see this individual. He was rushing the whole thing as if he had something more important to do. The entire visit with him took literally and without any exaggeration less than 5 minutes. He showed zero compassion and zero caring. He just wanted to get the exam over with as fast as possible. Even my daughter noticed how rude he was and she told me that she doesn’t want to see him again. Would not recommend him to anyone.
