My appt was for 220pm. I arrived 218pm, finished new patient paperwork 227pm. Sit down. They take in 240pm appt then next 3pm appt. They finally take me in at 310pm. Make me watch a 10 min gum inflammation video from the 1990s. Finally see doctor at 410pm for 2 mins to look in my mouth. He then leaves me (chair lying down) and jumps between four other patients. Finally gets back to me at 515pm (office closed at 5pm), we are done at 5:30pm for my “assessment”. So realistically I was scheduled for a 220pm appt but seen at 515p... read more

Dr. Kershman and his office are so organized and thorough. You know exactly what to expect. Dr. Kershman and his staff did a great job working with my 12 year old (now 14) to help her feel comfortable. Her teeth look phenomenal and we're so grateful. Compliments all around.
Dr. Kershman's orthodontist office is an amazing place, no matter what your needs are. You want Invisalign? Done! You want traditional braces (like I did)? They are happy to do that too. The staff are professional and friendly. In my almost three years of going here (which is way shorter than my siblings had their braces on at other practices) the worst experience I had was a 10 or so minute wait, which while unfortunate, is a very minor issue. I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Dr. Kershman and the entire team at this clinic! From my very first visit, everyone made me feel comfortable, informed, and cared for. They took the time to explain every step of my treatment, answered all my questions, and always made sure I felt confident in the process.
