I tried to give grace… I’m in the medical Industry myself so I don’t jump into they don’t care. The staff is kinda slow minded, they are rude and half the time they don’t explain anything. I have never seen the DR.I normally have my appointments in my calendar and never have missed. Since I missed they have no opening and could care less if I have 3 behavioral meds that all require titration and can harm if stopped. They have done this before when I arrived to it all and came. The people here are all so very kind and understanding. My husband isn’t one who really likes going to Drs and he lost his pcp after several years so we needed a new provider and we were blessed to find such a caring environment here it had many open spaces so you don’t feel closed in and 2 waiting rooms. The people here were so relaxed and down to earth it is rare to find people like we have here.
