I tried to give grace… I’m in the medical Industry myself so I don’t jump into they don’t care. The staff is kinda slow minded, they are rude and half the time they don’t explain anything. I have never seen the DR.I normally have my appointments in my calendar and never have missed. Since I missed they have no opening and could care less if I have 3 behavioral meds that all require titration and can harm if stopped. They have done this before when I arrived to it all and came. The people here are all so very kind and understanding. My husband isn’t one who really likes going to Drs and he lost his pcp after several years so we needed a new provider and we were blessed to find such a caring environment here it had many open spaces so you don’t feel closed in and 2 waiting rooms. The people here were so relaxed and down to earth it is rare to find people like we have here. I never actually got to see the doctor just three women that seemed like it was their mission to make me feel like crap. I was never asked if students could be in there they just put them in there to stare at me and to make eyes at the other women whenever i spoke, never writing anything down. When you walk in you get drug tested, i didn’t see medical marijuana on the list so i didn’t mark it. But i have my card they wouldn’t even look at it just treated me like a junkie. They are 100% WORTHLESS!!!!! They Lie to you and NEVER keep there appointments ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. They won't tell you how much you have to pay over what your insurance says they will pay. They are SCAMMERS and WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM WARNING PEOPLE WHAT THEY WILL DO TO YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
