Very thorough and helpful pre-op discussion, including pros and cons of hemi-thyroidectomy vs. full. -1 for surgery execution. Dr. Nguyen clipped my wife’s lymphatic vessel while performing an unplanned full thyroidectomy (vs a planned hemi). Accidents happen – not a big deal. -5 for post operation care.
