Not much to say on the Doctors behalf but employees aren't up to par. They blame everything on being short staffed and not being able to do anything on time, I am waiting for my insurance to receive medical records from them and weeks and weeks pass by and the office manager Victoria refuses to check fax due to "being understaffed and having too many faxes to look through to find the request."
