I was very nervous going in. After Dr. Knab explained the procedure I wad more at ease. Staff and support were very knowledgeable.
The staff is always friendly, smiling and very nice. Dr Knab and his PA is so awesome.

Dr. Knab is very personal, listens well and truly jumps right on knowing the problem of my pain and fixes it. He’s probably one of the best doctors I have ever been to. He’s state of the art, minimal to no pain and his nurses/assistants are fabulous. I can’t say enough about Dr. Knab and his team.
We tried PRP, an inexpensive alternative to back surgery. The procedure itself was painless; for me, there was significant post-treatment recovery pain and lack of mobility. As Dr. Knab and his office staff predicted, after physical and light therapy, and a few months of healing, my back pain improved dramatically. The best outcome is that I am surfing again. I didn't think that would be possible!
He is wonderful and he has never hurt me
Having had a less than satisfactory experience with another doctor, Dr. Knab has been the antidote. He is kind, caring, approachable and very well-informed. He has worked with me to maintain a life as pain free as possible. He is integral to my overall health. His staff is just as kind, knowledgeable, friendly and caring as Dr. Knab. I don't know what I would do without my team!
Dr. Knab does everything he can to help lower the level of pain in my back and Sacroiliac joint pain.. simply put if Dr. Knab relocated his office from Wilmington, I'd have to move to the same town. Takes how much I trust him.
