We are lucky if we get a call back!! Where oh where did Claudyn go!!! Dr. Gong is amazing but It’s nearly impossible to see Dr. Gong in a timely manner so it was always Claudyn and now it’s whoever and, geez, can they be anymore indifferent!! And the ladies at the desk are NOT too friendly. Think it’s time to look for a new doctor.
Been a patient of Dr Gong for 6 years although I’ve only seen him twice, I would see Claudyn his amazing PA who recently is no longer with him. I’m an ostomy patient so I ordered my supply which they always fax to pcp, all pcp has to is sign and fax back. After 3 weeks of waiting I was told by a very rude person to find another Dr they no longer do this! The second time I saw Dr Gong was after surgery in the hospital at discharge. Couldn’t believe but these words came out, make sure you see me in a week or I won’t get paid! ... read more

If I could give this doctor zero stars I would. Very unprofessional and absolutely rude ! He threw a pamphlet at me. He should have his license revoked! I was shocked !
