After ordering two new pair of glasses, I left for our NC lake house in late February and am still here due to the CV. They were kind enough to mail my glasses to me, no charge. I thought Dr Abrams was bery himself was very trustworthy
Very kind and attentive.
He was very quick to respond and put me at ease when I experienced vitreous separation and flashes and floaters. I also did an excellent job on my brother's cataract surgery.
Amazing surgeon. Very personal with his patients. The office really gives you a family feel.
I had cataract surgeries with excellent results. Dr. Abrams has always been thorough and open to questions during exams.
Dr Abrams is the most thorough ophthalmologist I've seen since I started wearing glasses 60 years ago. He has experience. expertise and a very gentle demeanor with great bed side manner. Our family all attest to giving him the highest rating. Thank you, Dr Abrams, we appreciate all you excellent kindness & professionalism !
My refraction was done by his assistant. He refused to verify the results stating I was seeing 20/20. Turns out, I needed trifocals and that was not detected by his assistant. He refused to reevaluate me. His partner did and still did not catch that I needed trifocals. If you have sensory processing problems and atypical visual difficulties, this is not an understanding office for those issues, imho. Billing fees ($30) are added for obtaining a pre-authorization for medications as well.
I couldn't have asked for better treatment! I had two cataract surgeries with no complications!
