I had emergency surgery at Augusta University Health on May 22, 2022. If not for his skill and knowledge, I would be paralyzed today. After surgery I was transferred to Encompass Rehab in Bluffton, S.C. for three weeks of therapy. I returned home and continued therapy with local therapists. Today I am blessed to be walking with a cane, not in a wheelchair. During all this time, Dr. Devine remained in contact with me. He checked on my status during rehab.
