After seeing multiple doctors with no answers for my constant itching, I went to Dr. John Frith with very little hope. He took the time to listen truly and didn’t rush the visit. Through proper allergy testing, he identified three allergies that were causing my itching and dermatitis. something no one else could figure out. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about his patients. I’m extremely grateful and highly recommend him to anyone dealing with unexplained allergies.
Dr. Frith is good with kids and my child loves him. He helped us get a severe case of baby eczema under control and my child is doing great now! I’m also a patient here and I really appreciate how much Dr. Frith listens to the whole story. He takes detailed notes and doesn’t just forget everything I’ve said by the next appointment.
Dr. Frith isnt the best dr I've ever been in front of, but the big problem with this office is that the office staff is not cross trained in anything, so if you need something specific done, and that one person is out, you're screwed. We've been waiting for 5 wks for a pre-authorization for our son, while the one person that handles those is out of the office, sick, on vacation, who knows, but we certainly can't contact her. They wont even have her call you back. You have to chase them around until you get lucky I guess. Onc... read more
