Dr. Frith isnt the best dr I've ever been in front of, but the big problem with this office is that the office staff is not cross trained in anything, so if you need something specific done, and that one person is out, you're screwed. We've been waiting for 5 wks for a pre-authorization for our son, while the one person that handles those is out of the office, sick, on vacation, who knows, but we certainly can't contact her. I'm sure Dr. Frith is a wonderful doctor for many. However, proceed with caution if you have co-morbid PTSD, and/or if you experience communication issues when you're nervous. I came to him with severe Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, my quality of life desperately impaired. Unfortunately, lab results did not show anything abnormal, and my MCAS was so severe it was not responding well to cetirizine 40mg. Dr. Frith is wonderful always willing to Awnser any questions. His staff and him have a wonderful bedside manner and are always on top of things. Couldn’t recommend this office more .
