This man has a heart of gold. 1983 I had to have eye muscle surgery and it could have taken multiple surgeries, however with him it only took one surgery and he was amazing and still continue to see me to make sure I was okay. He went out of his way to help my family and I. He's wonderful with children.

This guy is terrific. If you're looking for touchy feely, go elsewhere. Dr .O'Neill is straight to the point, knows what he's doing and is usually very prompt. My kind of doctor.
HORRIBLE! "Dr' O'Neil was rude, wouldn't look you in the eye and came in unshaven and disheveled. Looked and smelled like he was on a bender. Had to do a minor procedure and was no way going to let this guy put a knife on me. Save your and your insurance company money...and go some where else. If I wasn't so busy I'd report him......
