Dr. Enriquez is a great psychiatrist. He listens, understands, and clearly knows what he’s doing. I have no complaints about him personally. The issue is with the front office. It has been over three weeks, and they still have not submitted the prior authorization my insurance needs to approve my medication. My primary care doctor usually handles these in just a couple of hours.
