The Dr. was great and very knowledgeable with a lovely bedside manner. When you finally get to see him he knows what he's doing. However, his support staff if awful. Even with written instructions from the Dr. the follow up appoints were never scheduled. It took almost 4 months to get back in for the test results. Same thing happening again. Was promised a call back last month by 2/22. Am still calling to get an appt. a month later. Still no response. Good Dr. but no appts.- so what's the point?
The department and his staff is completely unresponsive to questions and there is no follow-on care or plan
