My hands and feet no longer sweat, and my armpits sweat significantly less. While I've noticed increased sweating in other areas, like my chest, back, and butt, I'm overall very happy with the results and would absolutely do it again. My nurse practitioner, Joy, was also incredibly kind and helpful!
when I first came in I was skeptical about the surgery just because of many bad experiences I've read online with other people about other surgeons. Hyperhidrosis has bothered me so much that i was willing to risk it even if it meant id sweat from other unusual areas of my body. I am very thankful for Dr.Langenfeld he has fixed my problem i no longer sweat from my hand and i feel alot better after the surgery with my results. Highly recommend Dr. Langenfeld and his staff
I had a sympathectomy performed by Dr. Langenfeld and it went tremendously. I had severe sweating from my hands, armpits, feet and hands and since the procedure that has been eradicated. There is some compensatory sweating on my chest and back as a result of the procedure, but that was mentioned prior to surgery. Given the choice I would choose surgery 10 out of 10 times and thank Dr. Langenfeld for his care and consideration.

I had a sympathectomy done for my severe hyperhidrosis by Dr. Langenfeld. He was very welcoming and answered all of my questions about the procedure. After this my hands don't sweat at all anymore and I'm very satisfied with the outcome and entire process.

I saw him for a tumor on my lung. Dr. Langenfeld took his time and thoroughly explained my condition and how the surgery would be performed. I felt very comfortable and confident in his hands. The procedure went well without issues and my recovery was smooth. Everyone in the office and the hospital was pleasant and helpful. Considering the circumstances, I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Dr. Langenfeld for his professionalism and his skill.
Had very bad sweaty hands to the point my hands would drip sweat. After procedure hands are dry and don’t sweat anymore I am very thrilled to have this procedure done truly life changing.
