Dr Cain is great, if you can get past his rude secretary Jenny. Each time I've needed medical records transferred is a BIG ISSUE with Jenny. I dont know if it's extra work for her but she will try her hardest to avoid sending them. She told my new dentists secretary I HAD to come in, in person to get my records. She did the same 2months ago when I took my kids to a new dentist and needed their records. She was informed I won't be traveling 7hrs for a form, she said she will mail it and can take up to 30 days. She's extremely... read more
