I have been a patient of Dr. Boyles for a while now, but before him- I went to a dentist in Richmond that blamed, shamed, and traumatized me growing up following a car accident when I was a little girl that left me with dental implants. The new hygienist is wonderful. Very personable. She did an awesome job. Talked me through everything she was doing. Minimal pain with my cleaning. Definitely recommend her.

Krysta was so personable and had the warmest approach. We talked about our home towns, how much we love the coast, my X-rays went by in a flash! They remembered my latex allergy without me having to say. The dentist was quick and efficient, talking me through all his steps during his assessment. They allowed me to make choices about my care and didn’t push unnecessary products or procedures. If you’re looking for no nonsense dental care in a family atmosphere, this is the practice!

Great experience, went to pay, paid my co-pay told me my insurance would cover the rest. Never thought about it again. 8 months almost to the day later, I received a bill. I was lied to about then accepting my insurance, and I'm a college student and they refused to help me. I've never experienced anything like this before, if it was truly a mistake on their end they should have cut it in half or ate the money. Absolutely ridiculous.

Thanks to the Dr Boyles and staff for a friendly and easy experience. I've had several fillings this year, and they have gone out of their way to accommodate my schedule (including for snow) and to fit me back in fot bite adjustments.
