Communication with the front office in setting up the appointment was seamless. Reception was very warm. The staff was not pushy with the suggestions of procedures and product. Overall would highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back.
I recently had a facial treatment with Erika, who is new to the med spa with Doctor Diaz. She is absolutely wonderful! She was so welcoming, walked me through every step of the way, and has immense knowledge on all things skin related. It was also cool because she scans your face to show things you can’t see with the human eye. JANIE IS A STAR! I've put so many people onto her artistry and she has been so impactful to my beauty regime. She does very natural work, and even helped me dissolve my migrated and over-filled lips and redo them to look more natural. She only recommends what you truly need and you will never feel like she is "selling you" anything. She is an extremely hard worker, and will definitely keep climbing in the aesthetics industry.
