I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ortega. It’s not often you come across a doctor who combines such a high level of professionalism with genuine compassion, but he absolutely does. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for outstanding medical care.
I’ve seen this doctor in the past with no real resolution but came back in hopes that he would help after seeing 3 doctors and being told I have an ear infection with effusion to be cleared . Payed $60 to be seen and I’m sure I will get an additional bill all for him to say that the previous 3 providers were wrong. Then suggested medication that I’m already on which he should know if he took the time to read my chart. Not sure how 3 providers (urgent care) could get a diagnosis wrong but will definitely not be going back.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Ortega and his team! From our very first visit, he was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making sure we felt comfortable and informed about my 3yr old’s ear surgery. My little one is doing so much better now and I’m beyond grateful for the expertise and warmth we experienced here. I highly recommend Dr. Ortega!
