I've been using their services like my parents did when they had eye problems. This company still has some of same family member as the ones who traeated my parents. They make patients always feel welcome when seen. All the doctors are very friendy when seeing them and will explain to you your problem and options They are well known in Austin for a good reason too. Be assure that you will get the best service when seen.
I was relaxed and at ease moving through the different stages. The staff werenuce & professional, knew their work.
Checking in was easy and fast. Dr. Odette examined me and explained everything to me.
Dr Odette is always professional, answers my questions, and is on time!
Dr Odette did a great job on my lenses. One year later, still seeing great with no glasses!
Dr Odette performed my cataract surgery, post-surgical follow-up and tweaks and annual appointments since. I always enjoy his professionalism, straightforward answers to my questions and his willingness to teach (as well as his golf knowledge!).
As always, I was seen within 5 minutes of arrival. My technician, Haley, was exceptional taking time to explain everything she was doing and why. Dr. Odette took time to answer questions about my upcoming procedures. I left feeling confident that I had chosen the right doctor and team.
Very personable, professional as good of a man as I have ever metI would not trust my eye sight with anyone else.
I went for a second opinion and resulted in great news for me.
