The doctor is great, but his wait times are absolutely ridiculous. We had a follow up appointment with no dilation and had to wait 2 hours before being seen. With young children this is extremely difficult and their attention span does not last this long and it is difficult on the parents. As a child physician, this should go into account and the scheduling should not be as heavy.
Waited for over an hour pass appointment time every time we come. My son’s autistic and has a hard time staying still as it is. Really could use better time management skills!! Shouldn’t have to wait well over an hour after the appointment time! Specially since we are atleast 15 mins early to be on time. Will look for a different dr for future.
Doctor was great, staff seemed friendly, but the wait was 2 and a half hours for a 5 minute eye exam. We were given no forewarning, and had to entertain a 1 year old for three hours until they decided they were ready to see us. My husband missed hours of work for what shouldn't have taken more than hour, even considering eye dilation.
Horrible wait time. It took 3 hours for the Dr. to see us.
