I had an excellent experience. I arrived at 7:30 for my 7:40 appointment and was in an exam room by 8:00. The doctor and his staff were friendly and helpful! I was out in about an hour.
Three hour wait time
Worst experience I’ve had with an eye doctor!!! Very very passive aggressive and not nice at all. Doesn’t take the time to listen at all and just kept cutting me off when I tried to talk. We will NEVER be back.
AWESOME DR AND STAFF. I had to put in all caps to distract, you, the reader from the negative reviews. Dr. Hinrichsen and his staff are great with great customer service. The wait time is long and I’ve been taking my 7 yr old here for years for routine checkups. I understand that the attention span of kids can be short and they become cranky but the office is set up with toys and an area to watch movies.
